Payment Arrangements
To facilitate the payment process, you will receive a payment link offering various payment options. A deposit of either 20% or 100% of the accommodation cost is required at the time of booking (100% for bookings that are non‒refundable). The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check‒In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e‒mail address at 14:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check‒in is not possible.
Keys
The check‒in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Parking Place
Parking places are avilable directly at the accommodation free of charge.
Check‒Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check‒out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1x sheet, 1x pillow case, 1x duvet cover and 2x towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
Hygiene Products
Please note that these are holiday apartments so there are no toiletries in the bathroom.
Cancellation Fee
Changes and cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free. Changes and cancellations within 30 days will be charged with 100% of the total price. A resignation must be made in written form.
